Welcome to the Forum. I'll be glad to comment.  I will presume that you do not know your partner's HIV status.  If this is the case, it is more likely than not that he did not have HIV.  If he did have HIV, the exposure was still rather low risk.  There has never been a case of HIV which was proven to be acquired by receipt of oral sex from and infected partner and if your partner was infected, your risk of infection from having performed oral sex on him is estimated as being about 1 infection in more than 10,000 exposures.

Your RNA PCR test is further strong evidence that you did not get HIV,.  Many experts however, out of an abundance of caution, would follow that with a combination HIV antigen/antibody test performed at 6 weeks.  If that is negative you could be entirely confident that you did not acquire HIV and there would be no reason for continued testing.

I hope this information is helpful.  Take care.  EWH

This really is a repetitive question.  The answer is not going to change.  CDC authors state that results of combination HIV antigen/antibody tests provide conclusive results at 6 weeks (42 days)

This is the third response to your questions.  Thus, as per Forum guidelines, this thread will be closed now.  Take care.  I hope you can stop worrying now. EWH
