Welcome to the Forum. I'll be glad to comment. Let me start by commenting on your risk from this event. Most people do not have STIs and even when they do, most unprotected exposures do not lead to infection. Further, amongst penetrative sexual activities, the risk for infection from either giving or receiving oral sex is lower than for other types of penetrative sex. As for the effect of antibiotics, the amoxicillin you were taking would have prevented some but not all gonorrhea and chlamydial infections. Not all gonorrhea is susceptible to either amoxicillin or doxycycline. The drugs you took however both have activity against chlamydia and would prevent development of NGU or syphilis as well. Putting all of this together, your risk for STIs is very, very low but not zero. Testing with a urine test and a throat swab for gonorrhea would rule out the possibility that you were infected.
With respect to your GF and her abdominal pain, I suspect this is unrelated to your recent sexual encounter. Not only are you unlikely to be infected but STI symptoms typically do not develop in a single day. I would not worry that your other exposure has caused her symptoms.
I hope this information is helpful. EWH---
