Welcome to the Forum. I will be happy to answer your questions.
1. Combo (that is, combination HIV antigen/antibody) tests for HIV are 100% conclusive at any time more than 28 days after a potential exposure. For antibody on;ly tests, results are not conclusive until 6-8 weeks after testing (8 weeks-56 days). Thus your combo test is conclusive. You can rely on the tests and do not need more testing.
2. HIV is not transmitted by receiving oral sex. thus, even without a condom, receipt of oral sex does not put you at risk for HIV.
3. In addition, condom-protected sex is safe sex. Condoms are one of the most effective ways to prevent HIV is exposed to an infected partner. I recommend that you continue to use condoms for new sexual encounters with partners of unknown HIV status going forward.
I hope these comments are helpful to you. EWH
