Welcome to the forum and thanks for your question. I happened to log in soon afte ryou posted it; most users shouldn't expect nearly real time replies. FYI, it's only by chance that i'm answering your question. Users do not have the option of choosing the moderator who responds, and it could have been Dr. Hook regardelss of your request that I do so. Our writing styles are somewhat different, but our knowledge and advice are the same.

First, it is unlikely any of your massage partners had HIV. The large majority of commercial sex workers and massage workers do not have HIV. The chance is higher in some countries than others, but under 5-10% everywhere and less than 1% in most places. Second, HIV is not transmitted by hand-genital contact and almost never by oral sex. Unprotected vaginal exposure of course raises the risk, but it sounds like that was very brief. Even with vaginal intercourse for several minutes, without a condom, if the female partner has HIV, the risk to the male partner is around one chance in 2,500.

Most important, your test results show you do not have HIV. The last test (36 days) was not quite conclusive; for 100% conclusive result, have one more test 6 weeks or more (42 days) after the last exposure. But the results so far are over 99% reliable, so you can expect your last test to be negative. Your symptoms are not typical for a new HIV infection, but even if they were, the test results prove HIV is not the cause.

So all is well. Have one more test at 6+ weeks, but in the meantime stop worrying. It will be negative.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Hi again doctor but why its not conclusive as you mentioned before in many forms it is after 28 days. And my last exposure was the body to body massage and not sure if it was in her pussy or not.. but for the ass insertive and for licking the other girl pussy last test was more than 44 days. Already just 33 days to the last body to body massage girl...

I m so worried doctor about that

About a year ago, a scientific publication summarized the data on HIV testing and time to conclusive results, showing that on rare occasions (1-2% of patients) the AgAb tests require 6 weeks for conclusive results. At that time, we changed our advice on this forum from 4 weeks to 6 weeks.

Body to body contact is zero risk for HIV. So your 44 day test, from performing oral sex, is conclusive. However, oral sex also is zero risk for HIV:  there has never been a reported case of HIV being transmitted by cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact).
So you're already home free and do not need any more HIV tests.

The 43 day test result is 100% conclusive. Therefore, the nature of your exposures (or any symptoms you may have now or in the future) do not matter. You do not have HIV. Believe it, move on, and please post no more questions about these or similar exposures and HIV testing. Our replies will always be the same.

I hope the discussion has been helpful.
