I recently  had insertive sex  10 dayswith Chinese CSW for $160. It is protected oral and vaginal. But she used unsealed condom. And, she is on top of me, she did not stop for 2 minutes after I ejected. I checked the condom there is no visible tear or breakage. I kept it upright, tip to bottom not leaking. # This is is my first sexual activity  after one year when I got tested for HIV 1/2 Ag/ab  negative one year ago at 98th day#

1) I got uti symptoms from third day itself. And it got over (No penile discharge)

2) I got groin pain on 6 day. I feel the sensation of the pain quite often but not persistent. I checked lymphnodes I don't see any to visible eyes

3) I saw a rash on penile shaft foreskin red spots on 7th day it went off

4) I saw two red bumps on penile shaft foreskin  on 10 th day. Not too big to small. Not itch or painful, I am unable to figure out if there is any blisters

My concerns 

A) What is the risk level of my exposure.

B) How do you put my case. Could I be exposed to STD. Or my sytmpoms show possible Std symptoms.

C) Any testing  is recommended .

D ) I scheduled hiv rna test[Aptima  hiv rna ,Group M (A-G). Group N and O] on 14 th day. Will that be enough or further testing is required 

E) Since it is a Chinese escort. Is there a chance I might get hiv subtypes that cannot be tested.

F) can red spot and bumps can be non std related. If the are std related do they come and go.

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be glad to comment.  The exposure that you describe was low risk for HIV and other STIs.  In general most CSWs do not have STIs or HIV and even when they do, most exposures to infected sex partners do not lead to infection.  Use of a condom throughout sex that does not break reduces your risk for infection dramatically, making the exposure you describe virtually no risk for STI.  Your description of your recent observations suggests that you are watching for signs and symptoms very closely- this practice may lead to detection of normal changes that would have been overlooked normally.  Nothing you have suggested suggests an STI.  In answer to your specific questions:

This was an essentially no risk exposure.  In my opinion, testing is not medically required although it may provide you with peace of mind.

Yes, they could be normal.  STD-related rashes would not come and go.
