[Question #5302] Escort

I get that this is probably a "repeat"/maybe dumb question, so I will understand if there is frustration in the coming response. I'll be short.
Went to a Transexual Escort. Wouldn't say they were High end. "Exposure " as follows. Walked in asked if I could just Masturbate myself. I proceeded to master bate. I was naked from waste down laying next to Guy on the bed. I touched his/her buttocks. They briefly polled my hand against there Penis which was covered by lingerie, let's just say I touched it for a brief moment. I jerked myself off to finish and I believe they never once touched my penis. The only other contact was me touching them. They definitely did not ejaculate.
Is this a totally safe experience?

Dr,
Appreciate the reply. I totally understand the event was no risk for HiV, gonorrhea, chlimydia. Would a breif touch of a syphilis sore be a risk? Like if they had one on their butt?
I am trying to find a comfortable range where I can feel confident that i am "safe".

The skin-to-skin STDs (primarily herpes, syphilis, and HPV) are rarely if ever transmitted by brief, fleeting contact. Infected material must be massaged into the tissues, which is why the initial lesions of all three of these STDs mostly appear at sites of maximum friction during sex.

It has already been explained that you can feel 100% confident you are safe with the kinds of non-exposure events you have described. Believe it -- and please stop asking about any more such exposures. If a penis does not enter a partner's body, and if there is no direct genital-genital contact, there is no risk. Please don't ask about any other sorts of exposures: it would be a waste of money, since you know understand that our replies will always just repeat that you were not at risk.

Thanks again for the help appreciate it! On a separate issue, maybe you can point me in the right direction. Friday I development very sore testicals, almost like blue balls, along with abdominal pain. It last into Saturday morning. I ended going to urgent care. They asked if Inwas concerned about STD, I told them no given my only exposure was the one discussed here. So no STD testing was done. They did an ultrasound on my testicles and found NO epididymitis, a cyst that's not growing, hydrocele, varicose seal. Today Sunday I now have a fever of 102.8, body aches, sore throat, ect... Is there anything else they should look for?

That high a fever needs medical attention. You should first confirm it -- i.e. make sure the thermometer is accurate. If you continue to have fever, you need to get checked again, perhaps at the same urgent care clinic. But as to the cause, I have nothing more to say. It's too long since the event described above for HIV, and I continue to be confident the exposure was risk free. Whatever the cause, it probably is unrelated to that event. But we don't speculate on causes of symptoms or diagnosis of conditions other than STDs, so Ill have nothing more to say about either your fever or your testicular pain.
That makes two follow-up questions and replies and so concludes this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful.
