The vast majority of HSV 2 is genital, rarely oral so transmission of HSV 2 through any kind of kissing would be highly unusual - highly unusual!
But a peck certainly wouldn't do it, no.

What if u have seen a crack on the corner of ur mouth that almost looks like angular cheilitis but has healed could it be more possible or still highly unlikely?

So in order for this to happen, the person with HSV 2 would have to have it orally and would have to be shedding virus at the exact time there was a kiss and it would have to be passionate. HSV 2 rarely sheds when it is in the oral area, so the likelihood of these things happening at the same time is very very low. If the crack is healed, it should not increase the risk, no.
