Hi Dr.

1st incident: protected vaginal sex with female.
2nd incident: only Received unprotected oral sex , fingering and kissing from the same girl in the first incident. I’m not sure of her statues STI or HIV.
Testing:
1- After 68 days from 1st incident and 32 days from 2nd incident.
HIV Combi (I&II Antibodies+ P24 Antigen) : Negative
(HBsAg)& (Anti HCV) : Negative
All by Method: ECLIA
VDRL& TPHA: Negative
(HSV-I), IgG &IgM-Negative
(HSV-II), IgG& IgM-Negative
method Indirect Enzyme Linked Immune Reaction.
HSV - I & II(PCR) Not Detected
Using Swab from Urethra, Tongue and urine sample using Real PCR (Full other STD check) :negative.
I visited, Dermatologist, Dr said that visual examination shows nothing, BTW he did something wrong by taking swab after the urine. His comment was only on white Tongue coat.
2- After 91 days from 1st incident and 55 days from 2nd incident.
HIV Combi (I&II Antibodies+ P24 Antigen) : Negative
(HBsAg)& (Anti HCV) : Negative
Using ECLIA
3- After 112 days from 1st incident and 76 days from 2nd incident
I went to 2nd lab, for rapid test.
HIV Abs& HBsAg)& (Anti HCV: Negative
4- After 122 days from 1st incident and 86 days from 2nd incident.
I decided to go to 3rd lab, and I went to urologist as I was feeling burning in the urination process.
Comprehensive genital culture (14 panels) and urine test. It comes negative. But urine test shown 1-2 Red blood cells and protein. I did full CT scan and ultrasound and he told me everything is normal.
HIV P24 Ag And Abs (HIV Combo): Non-reactive
(HBs) Ag & (HCV) Abs: Non-reactive
Methodology: ElectroChemiluminescence Immunoassay.
PRR/VDRL: Non-reactive.
MY WBC: 5.7x 10^3
My lymphocyte is: 32% and equivalent to 1.8x10^3
Questions:
1- Do I need to test again for HIV, Hepatitis, Sylphes, Herpes or any other STI in terms of max window period? In terms of HIV, 2-According to trusted resources CDC, Catie.ca and BASH.., Receiving oral sex is not a risk of HIV? And no documented cases?

Welcome to our forum and than you for your detailed summary. You have tested far more than was needed and have proven and re-proven that you do not have an STI of any sort from the exposures you described. In answer to your specific questions:
1. Do I need to test again for HIV, Hepatitis, Sylphes, Herpes or any other STI in terms of max window period? In terms of HIV,
Answer, there is no need for further testing of any sort. your tests prove that you did not acuire an STI from the exposures you described-
2. According to trusted resources CDC, Catie.ca and BASH.., Receiving oral sex is not a risk of HIV? And no documented cases?
Answer, correct
Bottom line, you have proven you did not get an STI of any sort from the sexual exposures you have described. There is no need for further testing. EWH

1-I’m afraid that those tests are false negative even it was three different labs and the last lab is not CAP or iso certified?
2-One of the times, the nurse where not wearing gloves when she draws the blood, is that makes me under risk?
3-In terms of Symptoms, I'm feeling itching and tingling (No visible rash) specially in my limbs and lower limbs specifically until now three months 2- Only one lymph node shows in neck shows (was not visible less than 1 cm) and disappear after one month (from 35 days to 65 days after last exposure) I checked through ultrasound and ENT3- burning in urination whick makes me really anxious althougg that urine test shows only 1-2 RBC and protien4- White Tongue (is not that sever) 5- group of white dots shows between corners of my limps after angular cheilitis treated and they are from almost two months now( are no painful or visible, shows on the line of lips and mouth 6-the symptom which makes me do all this tests, I was masturbating and noticed red spot on the head of my penis, it’s healed after one day as it was a superficial circular wound (was not burst or pimple and not painful) this was before all the tests? Should I be concern? Can you help on that should I follow with other urologist and determenologist?
4-I will have govermental work check mostly HIV, hepb and sylphis and I'm totally worried.. is the HIV results will change from 86 days after oral sex and 122 days from the last vaginal protected sex.
5- herpes blood test was after only 32 days from the last exposure? Shlould I repeat it?

Brief responses:
1. I find this statement a bit paranoid. It is unrealistic to think that multiple labs would do these tests incorrectly.
2. Health care professionals wear gloves to protect themselves from their patients, not to protect the patients from them. You are not at risk because your nurse did not wear gloves to draw your blood.
3. None of these symptoms raise any concern for STI, including HIV, particularly in like of your negative tests. Tingling and itching are common symptoms of anxiety, not STIs. The other finding you mention are entirely non-specific
4. These test results will not change since your last tests.
5. No. We recommend against HSV blood tests except in very specific situations.
I sincerely believe you are worrying entirely too much and need to put these concerns aside. If you cannot, with all due respect, you do not need more tests, you need to talk with a counselor or mental health professional who can help you to determine the origin of these unrealistic concerns and move forward. Final responses:
1. It is not unusual for 1-2 RBCs to be detected in the urine of normal individuals. Further, RBCs are certainly not a sign of any STI.
2. I'm sorry, I currently do not have access to your earlier post however WBCs and lymphocyte counts in the lower portion of the normal range are typically nothing to worry about.
Again, I urge you to not continue to worry about your risk for STI/HIV from earlier exposure- your risk of being infected is non-existent.
As you know, this will end this thread. There will be no further response. Take care. EWH
