[Question #5589] HIV doubt to dr hunter (hhh)

Hello doctor,
Recently I went to a erotic massage palor. The therapist was wearing a glove and I was also wearing a glove. After massage she gave me a handjob with glove. While she was doing handjob from her back side I touched her breast ( not the nipples I think) and slightly press it for 10 sec (not the nipples). After handjob (with in one min) I accidentally touch my penis (foreskin was opened) the mucus membrane just for two second. I got scared.
Whether HIV will be transmitted in this way??
If she was lactating with some milk on my glove and touched my penis mucus membrane is it still risk??
Have you ever heard or you got any HIV positive Case transmitted in this way??
I am sure that I never touched her nipples.
I believe HIV die when it is put of the body and unable to infect??

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your question. I'll be glad to provide information and hope that the fact that I am telling you that the encounter and activities you describe are no risk events will be helpful to you. You do not know that the masseuse you were with had HIV and, in fact, it is statistically very unlikely that she was. In addition, HIV is NOT spread by touching our through masturbation. Even when persons are engaged in mutual masturbation and get each other's genital secretions on one another there is absolutely no risk for infection, even when genital secretions get onto mucous membranes. There has never been a base of HIV transmitted through an exposure of the sort you describe. You will not be the first.
Similarly, there is no risk for HIV infection through contact with her breast, even if you touched breast milk.
HIV becomes non-infectious upon contact with the environment.
You have nothing to worry about and no need for testing of any sort. I hope this information is helpful to you. EWH

Good morning dr
Your response is clear and excellent. One question I am not worry about hand job because the therapist was wearing a glove. I was concern about breast milk with penis mucus. I saw a sexologist today. He said the same as wat you said.
One last question. From your experience the most positive case will be through sex right??
For my education purpose only mode of transmission is through unprotected anal and vaginal right? Bare penis deep inside the vagina or anus? And no other way ?
Also HIV virus is dead when it is outside the body immediately right??

You are correct, that sexual transmission of HIV occurs only through unprotected, penetrative sexual contact and that nearly all transmission occurs in the context of penile-vaginal or penile-rectal sex. Very, very rarely HIV is transmitted through performance of fellatio (oral sex) on a male with HIV infection but there are no proven cases in which HIV has been acquired through receipt of oral sex or through cunnilingus.
HIV becomes non-infectious upon contact with the environment. This occurs virtually immediately once the virus is outside of the body.
As you note, this is the 3rd and therefore final response to your questions. This thread will be closed shortly. Take care. EWH

Dr hook,
You are excellent and your answer is perfect and helpful. Now I understood that adults will get Hiv only by penetrative sex ( unprotected) and needle injury and not through any other mode.
Thank you so much for your explanation. I planned to take a blood test but now I dropped it after your advice.
God bless you and your family. I pray that medicine should be found out for Hiv soon for the affected brothers and sisters. Also no one should get affected.
Have a nice day sir
