What are the chances of getting herpes from a massage girl who looked like she had a cold sore but only gave a hand job.

I have never had cold sore so wondering if there is a chance of mouth to hand to penis infection?

Zero chances of getting herpes in the situation of only a hand job.  However, your next question is mouth to penis, and entirely different situation and question.  If someone has the cold sore virus (HSV 1) and they give oral sex to someone who is not infected anywhere with HSV 1, the virus could be transmitted via oral sex.  We do not have statistics on how common this actually is but we see it often

It was strictly just massage and hand job no mouth to penis.

The reason i ask is because she looked to have a cold sore and was wondering if any chance of infection if she got on her hand?

Also i assume low risk for other sti like syphillis if she sat on my back briefly?

 

Even if she did have a cold sore, that would not be a factor with a massage.  and you are correct that you are NOT at risk for other STI's.
