[Question #5760] Sticky foreskin/glands

Hello,
A random girl gave me oral sex in Asia 16 months ago. A
week or so later after the encounter I started getting symptoms on my penis that
were not there before. My foreskin (I’m uncircumcised) is now sticky. When I
retract my foreskin, the foreskin sticks to my glands (when it use to glide). When I touch my foreskin and glands I can clearly feel the stickiness. At least half the time when I urinate, the tip of my foreskin burns for hours. Feels
like it’s the tip of my penis (urethra) that’s burning but it’s actually my
foreskin because when I retract my foreskin the burning subsides. My glands aren’t smooth like they use to be either,
kind of lumpy.
There is no smell, no discharge, no smegma at all.
I have seen a few doctors about this (GP, Urologist &
Dermatologist). All 3 doctors gave me STD tests and all tests came back negative.
The last full STD test was 6 months after the encounter. I’ve done a urine culture
multiple times (as recent as a month ago), all negative. STD testing included
urine sample, blood test and urethra swab.
Antibiotics given:
Zithromax (Azithromycin) 250mg - 4 tablets right away
then a 3 week course.
Avelox (Moxifloxacin) 400mg – 3 weeks
Amoxicillin trihydrate + Potassium – 1 week
Ziquin (Levofloxacin) 500mg – 1 week
Doxycycline 100mg – 1 week
Creams given:
Protopic (tacrolimus ointment) 0.03%
Fucidin H Antibiotic cream
Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1%
None of the antibiotics or creams reduced the symptoms of
the burning or the stickiness.
I keep getting told that I don’t have an STD and everything
is normal. I’m starting to believe it but the symptoms are there that were not before the encounter. Coincidence?!
It’s like my body has stopped producing the natural oils
(smegma?) to keep my glands naturally lubricated.
Have you come across this problem?
Any ideas on what is going on?
Could it be STD related that isn’t common at all?
Thanks for your time. Appreciate it.
