Hi and Thank you for your Help.

I performed an Rimmig to a female sex worker.

After 4 days a became an NGU, palvic pain and testicular pain.

1) Can the HSV enter orally and make an genital infection ?

2) Do I need to make a test for HSV ?

Thank you for your time

Good morning.
I'm a little unclear about your diagnosis of NGU.  From your description, you only used your mouth on a sex worker, is that correct?  No genital to genital contact?  If there was no genital to genital contact, there is no way you could acquire NGU and any pelvic pain and testicular pain would be completely unrelated to the contact you had with the sex worker.  So NO, HSV could not enter the mouth and make a genital infection.  And unless you are having oral symptoms that concern you, like water blister type sores around the mouth, you do not need a herpes test, no.

Your question is a common one, I'm sure others will benefit from your question and answer.

If it was your mouth that was in contact with her, the first outbreak would be in/on the mouth.  If you have some sort of neck lesion that is concerning to you, I would suggest that you have it evaluated by a clinician.  If you have ever in your life had a cold sore on your lip, you are already infected orally with one type of herpes.

Correct.  This experience did not put your genital area at risk.
