[Question #5837] HIV question- is it possible

Hi Doctors. I have a dumb question and not sure whether there is a possibility of this scenario or not.
is there a possibility that someone get exposed to hiv virus through some kind of exposure and had sex and infected the partner in first 10 days. Then the immune system killed the hiv virus. So in other words person who got hiv virus initially is not infected ( since immune system killed the virus) but its transmitted to partner since he had sex with partner before the immune system reaction.
I am worried that I infected my partner since I had sex with her on the 10th day. My 14th day RNA test was negative and 63rd day(9 weeks) HIV RNA and 4th gen test were negative and non reactive also. Is there a chance of above scenario or is it completely hypothetical and anxiety. Is there a chance for HIV to be active and at a level to infect others initially but then killed by immune system and not detectable by RNA and 4th gen tests after 9 weeks?

Welcome back, but sorry you found it necessary. This question and your previous two all indicate you are overly anxious about HIV despite being at little or no risk. (Your username says a lot!)
---
It is not the immune system that prevents HIV infection if exposed. Infection starts only if certain cells, at the site of exposure, are infected with the virus. If not, the virus never enters the blood or any body organ and cannot be transmnitted. Your test results show your immune system was not activated against HIV and therefore that you were not infected, and thus could not infect anyone else. That's what your tests show.
Please note that repeated anxiety driven questions about the same exposure or topic are against forum policy. This must be your last one on the exposure you are concerned about, HIV testing, etc. Any more risk being deleted without reply (and without refund of the posting fee). Thanks for your understanding.

Understood and thanks for the explanation Dr.Hnadsfiled. One last question. are my below statements corrct.
There is no chance to transmit and infect others at any time since my tests are all negative meaning that my immune system never detected HIV and activated against it since I never got infected.
if infected with HIV and transmit to others then it will definitely be detected by tests and no chance for the body to heal itself and not show up in tests.
I will try to calm myself and stop thinking about these weird hypothetical theories.
