Hello once again not happy to be here anyways went down to a massage parlor took off my clothes besides my boxer briefs got a massage and then a handjob however my boxer briefs stayed on I rubber her vagina with her clothes on she didn’t undress and nor did I ever have my boxers off she tugged really hard and I ejaculated boxers never came off so their was no skin to skin contact technically but the outside of my boxer briefs were wet from her hands possibly do to the lotion it’s been a little under three weeks and now I have some clear discharge from my penis occasionally it kinda smells bad but is not a lot also developed what seems like a rash around the groin and some pain in the groin no other symptoms is this related to an std or could it be jock itch caused from the hot temp and sweat while wearing tight boxer briefs I do have a wife and children and honestly am petrified. Is their a possible risk of encountering any STD/HIV from this exposure I assumed my boxer briefs would of been a protective barrier to any fluids but they were very wet.

Welcome back to the forum. I was logged in when your question appeared; most users should not expect nearly real-time replies!
This exposure seems to be almost exactly a duplicate of the one answered by Dr. Hook two years ago. As he said then, no STD can be transmitted through clothing. Also, no STD causes groin rash.
As for your urethral discharge, entirely clear discharge usually does not indicate infection; the most common explanation is pre-ejaculate fluid, often noticed in the morning after experiencing normal nocturnal erections while asleep. (Penile erection occurs normally in sleep, especially during periods of dreaming.) Also, some men experience discharge during defecation, as stool passing over the prostate and seminal vesicles squeezes out fluids. If these explanations seem to fit, you needn't do anything If you're seeing dishcarge at other times, or if it becomes cloudy or yellow, or if you also develop pain or discomfort during urination, you will need to be medically evaluated. But whatever the cause, it is not from the massage parlor experience you have described.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you for the immediate response their is a irritation of the penis head near the urethra and it has been leaking off and on but like I said the fluid is clear and very little could possibly even be urine not sure defiently no green or yellow discharge but it will burn occasionally after and right before I urinate but what really bothers me is the pain In the groin area and the itchiness I’m not doubting your input in anyway I have children and a wife and honestly am petrified I have never had or been diagnosed with an STD/HIV nor my wife. But is their any risk of contracting hiv or and std while wearing underwear and receiving a handjob since their is no skin to skin contact and assuming no fluids on the givers hands

I'm guessing you're not circumcised. If that's correct, you might have balanitis, i.e. inflammation of the head of the penis. It occurs often in entirely healthy men, and is not a sign of STD. Also, the large majority of genital area skin problems are not STDs. (I have a book titled Genital Dermatology Atlas. As that implies, it is filled with photos and descriptions of genital skin problems. Of its 300 pages, only 15 pages cover all STDs.) For sure the rash, or any penile pain or other symptoms you have, are not related to your massage experience(s). You can and should see a doctor for diagnosis and recommended treatment. Assuming s/he asks about risky sexual exposures, you can honestly reply no. In other words, seeing a doctor would not risk your wife learning about your semi-sexual massage events.---

Dr. Hook addressed this in your previous thread, and also above, when I wrote "no STD can be transmitted through clothing". That includes any and all clothing material, of course inclouding underwear. And even without that barrier, no STDs ever are transmitted by hand-genital contact. They're even rare with direct genital-genital contact, if there is no penetration.
That completes the two follow-up questions and replies included with each initial question, and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful.
