[Question #5856] Happy ending massage; kissed the massage therapist's nipple

Hello doctors,

I'm in the USA. I know that massages with happy endings are a no risk event, and I also know that sucking/kissing a woman's nipple is also a no-risk event.

I went for a massage (with happy ending) recently. While giving me the massage, the massage therapist had her top off and her breast was in my face. I kissed her nipple a few times (did not suck/use tongue). Afterwards, I realized that I have a healing canker sore on one of my gums. Beyond that she gave me a hand job.

Is this a no-risk event (for STDs and HIV)? Should I put it out of my mind and move along without worry? I'm primarily concerned about the fact that I kissed her nipple with a healing canker sore on my gum (which did not come into contact with her nipple, it's high up on my upper gums). I was recently tested (prior to this massage) and came back all good.

Thank you in advance.

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your question.  If I may rephrase your question, you are wondering if the presence of a healing canker sore on your gums changes your risk for acquisition of HIV or other STIs following contact with a masseuse's nipple.  The answer is no- there is no additional risk due to the presence of the canker sore- this is still an entirely no risk event with no need for concern or testing of any sort.  You are in the clear.

I hope that this response is helpful to you.  EWH
