[Question #5955] Handjob vaginal secretion as lube

I’ve read all your info regarding chances are slim for herpes to be transmitted this way. But my symptoms are so severe and on track to a outbreak I need to ask
11 days ago, massage w handjob at a spa. Attendant was naked, she masterbated, probably 3-5 min. Then gave me hand job prob 3-5 min. No cleaning after she did herself.
Mutual masterbation even w secretion you all say is slim chance. So slim but not none right.
Symptoms. Bad groin pain, burning. My penis feels like it’s on fire. Shaft, meatus, head. This burning has been for about 16 hours now which was preceded by about 10 hours of the groin/pelvic pain. No noticeable lessons.
Curious, what is usual time for leasions to appear after the tingle burning sensations, if there is one.
Doctor pushed on my prostrate and I went through the roof. So prostrate is infected either bacterial or STI. Bacterial swap clean. I put in a call to the spa to see if I can ask the attendant if she has herpes. For now please advise. 1st can my experience above lead to heroes being transmitted and also the time line for lesions to appear after first prodomn systems appear. Thx

The usual time from infection to lesions is 5.5 days with the range being 2-10 days, some people say up to 12 days.
You are correct - herpes is not transmitted in the way that your experience went.  I'm so sorry that you are having all of these symptoms but as you correctly surmised, this is very likely due to a prostate infection, completely unrelated to your session at the spa.  Were you given antibiotics to deal with this infection?
IF the spa responds and IF she has will tell you about her herpes status (if she knows it) and IF she is positive, that doesn't change my response to you about the lack of risk of acquiring herpes in your situation

Thank you for being so prompt. I just find it so unbelievable that her using her vaginal secretion as lube. And rubbing it into my penis so intensely that herpes can’t be transmitted that way. Unbelievable:)can u explain why not? Also my other question was length of time from your first symptom eg tingling or burning to the sign of a lesion? I know the typical from when you were infected by I’m asking about the time line. Infected... 5.5 days later tingling n or pain m burning.. then how long to lesions. Thx again.

It takes a certain volume of virus to infect another person and between the transfer from genital to hand and then hand to another's genitals, not enough virus will survive to make that happen.  In addition, most women who masturbate themselves use fingers or sex toys, not full hands and most often when a person masturbate's another person's penis, the full hand is used.  So there is even less virus present.  But you are the one who is fully aware of her behavior at this encounter.
I think if you read the post of Drs. Handsfield and Hook you will see that both agree that hands are not a method of transmission of STI's.

The timing of first symptom to lesion is usually a day or two, perhaps three at the outside.

Thank you so much for the explanation. For my final follow up question :)
Just general knowledge to help w the stress effects.... when lesions show up, do they start filled with fluid or start like a palip n then fill w fluid. For example when I look now which has been a couple of days since the start of the pain, I see a very inflamed penis w what I would call pallips? Little dots w no fluid. IF this was herpes outbreak w those dots be filled w fluid from the get go?. Thx for everything

Herpes lesions start as a red, raised area and develop into a water blister, yes.  The progression happens within hours most often.  Are you sure you aren't looking at pearly papules around the head of the penis?  Check out some pictures of those and see if this is similar to what you have.
