If
you know that both you and your partner are carrying the HSV – 1 virus and
neither of you is having an active breakout, is having unprotected sex
including oral sex ok??

the risk of transmitting herpes in this situation is astronomically low! If it were me in your situation, I wouldn't give it another thought - oh, let me see, I AM in your situation!
