I had an exposure 4 months ago. Mutual mastrubation and am pretty sure that her vaginal fluids are on my penis.

No penetrative/oral sex.

took hiv4th gen and RNA test at 8 weeks and also at 19 weeks both were negative. Also herpes1/2 test at 19 weeks was negative.

Any chance of me being infected from  my exposure and chance of 4th gen and RNA test not detect an infection at 8 and 19 weeks for any possible reason.

Also is there a chance for the body to recover( viral levels to be very low undetectable)from hiv once get infected without any medication

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your confidence in our services.

With no penetrative sex, there was no risk of HIV or any other STD. Hand genital contact and getting vaginal fluids on intact skin, of the penis or anywhere else, is entirely risk free. Also, the test results you had are conclusive. (In fact, you were seriously over tested. Every test you had was conclusive all by itself, and all tests after those at 8 weeks were unnecessary.)

I'm not sure I understand your last question. There is no possibility of having HIV if there is neither virus nor antibody in the blood, which is what your test results show.

So all is well. Don't have any more tests. If you have a regular partner you can safely continue sex without putting that person at risk.

Let me know if anything isn't clear. Best wishes and stay safe.

Thank you very much Dr.HHH.  It was a big relief, I was restraining myself to have sex with partner because of this incident.

Sorry for repeating but based on your response am 1000% conclusive that don't have HIV since my 4th gen and RNA tests were negative at 19 weeks even if I had high risk exposure (in my case NO Risk exposure)
