Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your question.  Properly used condoms worn throughout sex remain among  the most effective means of preventing HIV acquisition if a partner happened to have HIV.  With regard to receipt of oral sex, there are no proven cases of HIV acquired from receipt of oral sex.  Thus while a theoretical risk, there are no data to suggest that this has ever happened.  If I were you, I would not be worried at all and would not feel a need for any testing related to the encounter you describe.  EWH
