As I suspect you know, it is statistically quite unlikely that the dancer you describe had HIV- HIV is rare in women in North America, certainly occurring in less than 1%. Further breast milk from infected women tends to have less HIV in it than blood or infected genital secretions. Most importantly however, this sort of external contact is a no risk event. The best analogy to the unlikely situation that you describe (i.e. direct contact of breast milk from an infected person with your urethra) is the situation which occurs regularly in mutual masturbation in which one partner has HIV and even in that situation, HIV transmission simply does not occur.
Bottom line, the event you describe was a no risk event. No need for concern and no need for testing. I hope that this information is helpful. EWH
