[Question #6241] Mutual Masturbation, Frot, Anal Fingering

3 weeks ago, I had an encounter with a stranger at a hotel where I began massaging him and moved on to fingering his anus.  We eventually did mutual masturbation and he was spitting on his hand to touch my penis.  Finally we did a short session of frottage. I'm sure we had our glans touching with precum.  There was no penetration other than my finger, but I did use that hand to touch both of us after that.  Ejaculation was only on his stomach and there was no contact of that with either of our penises.   I got tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trich.  All negative.  Still have a phantom pain in penis that seems to move around from tip to base.  Nothing hurts to touch, there are no lesions, but I do have  tiny pimple at the underside near my hairline.  I've ordered a Herpes test as well, which might be a bit early?  I'm concerned about giving Herpes to my partner.  Obviously protect her in the meantime, but, I'm concerned about results being reliable and then want to know what are the realistic chances I contracted something.  Especially considering that I've been obsessively worrying and can create the symptoms in my head.  Thanks.

I think the risk here is very low.  The frottage is probably the biggest risk, and it is not great at all.  The fact that you've had no lesions yet strongly suggests that you are not infected.  You are correct that a herpes test of very early but you would be able to have baseline information if you've not been tested in the past from this test.  I know this is a worrisome encounter for you but honestly, I think the risk is just very very low that you acquired something here.  Just to give you some comparison, an male uninfected with HSV 2 having unprotected intercourse with a female twice a week for a  year, has about a 4% chance of becoming infected.  If you compare that experience to your own, you can see that your risk is tiny in comparison, right?

Thanks for the quick answer.  Ironically, overnight i've formed a painful area in the folds under the glans. I am circumcised , but have folds of skin there.  when I pull it back it looks a little red with a couple tiny white dots.  It stung through the night and itched this morning.  could this be the actual outbreak?  I've had balanitis in the past that felt similar.  It just seems like a strong coincidence.

to update:  I applied anti fungal cream on the red areas and it has stopped hurting and only slightly read now.

I'm glad you are keeping me updated.  If the antifungal cream is helping to resole the symptoms, I think you've hit upon your own diagnosis!  Glad you got that sorted out.
