[Question #6296] Stripper incident
|
I was at a strip club recently and was rubbing a strippers vagina with my finger, no insertion. Shen then rubbed her vagina with her finger and stuck her finger in my mouth. About 3-4 days after I experienced so discomfort in my buttocks and hamstrings mostly and 9 days post have developed a scratchy sore throat, no fever.
Should I be concerned with HIV?

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your confidence in our services.
This was a zero risk event for HIV and all STDs. Even direct oral sex with women has never been known to transmit HIV, and this exposure would have involved a lot less exposure to vaginal fluids than oral sex would have done. In addition, the vast majority of strippers don't have HIV.
Your symptoms are not suggestive of a new HIV infection or other STD. They probably have nothing to do with your strip club visit. I do not recommend any testing, and if you have a regular partner, there is no reason not to continue your normal sexual practcies.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

No concern at all in regard to HIV or other STDs. Of course if they continue or you remain concerned, see a doctor. But as I said above, I am confident they are unrelated to the strip club events. (Unless they are due to anxiety about that event.... but for sure not to any infection.)---
