Hi doc please i need you're help about Hiv question.

My last test was on 2018 before this accident

i see different Escorts every month or every two weeks all of them are always protected sex and protected oral

One encounter my condom went inside the escort when i check my penis there was no more condom on me so i stopped the intercourse without ejaculation than we put new condom than i finish the job with the new condom.

My question is what are my possibilities to become infected with hiv? lets assume  the girl was hiv+ and my penis came contract with her vagina sorry for inappropriate words

My last test were Hep C Ab,HIV Chlamydia, gonorrhoeae and trachomatis where negative

and i am vaccine for Hepatitis A and B

Welcome to our Forum.  I am not sure why but your post is quite difficult to read. therefore I have copied and pasted the entire initial question is below.  If you were pasting your question in, please do not do this- it makes it difficult to respond.  Here is your questions AND my response:

Congratulations on your commitment to safe sex.  Unfortunately condoms do come off or break about 1% of the time they are used.  Your description makes it clear that you did have a brief unprotected exposure to your CSW partner.  Despite this, your risk for having acquired any STI, including HIV is low.  Most CSWs do not have STIs, and most unprotected exposures do not lead to infection,  For HIV, in the unlikely situation that your partner had untreated HIV, HIV would be transmitted, on average less than once in every 1000 exposure.  In other words, more than 99.9% of unprotected exposures would lead to infection.

You do not mention how long ago this event occurred,  I ask because this would influence when you could be confident of your test results.  When did this event occur?  Despite the low risk for infection, from your post I presume that you will want the comfort of a negative test result.  Tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia will be reliable as soon as 3-5 days after your exposure. Tests for syphilis and hepatitis will be reliable about 30 days after exposure.  Using 4th generation tests, your blood test results will be 99.9% reliable and at 6 weeks they will be entirely reliable.

I hope this reply is helpful to you.  If there are further questions, please use your up to 2 follow-up questions.  EWH

Hi Doc thank you for your reply this accident was on March 22, 2019. Doc i have some questions for you

1) Can you get hiv from one single unprotected sex? lets say she was hiv+
2)when condom slips during sex does it still cover the head of the penis?
3) do you think im risk of catching hiv from this event? im too scared to do hiv test

Some of your follow-up questions are a bit redundant:

1.  Already answered.  A person can be infected following a single unprotected exposure but it is rare, occurring less than once in more than 1000 unprotected exposures to infected partners.  In other words, in more than 99.9% of cases, an exposed person will NOT be infected.

2.  If the condom only slips down and still covered the head of the penis, the person wearing the condom is probably still protected.  If the condom slips off entirely, the person is no longer protected.

3.  Your risk for infection is tiny.  At his time, following your exposure more than more than 8 months the results of an HIV blood test will be definitive.  Since you are obviously concerned, my sincere advice will be to go on and get tested.  I anticipate that the test will show that you are not infected and then you can move forward without concern.  EWH

No, observing sex acts which you are not taking part in does not put you at risk for any STI.

This is my 4th response to this thread.  Therefore, as per Forum guidelines, the thread will be closed shortly without further answers.  I hope the information I have provided is helpful.  EWH
