Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your question. Thanks as well for looking at prior posts on the Forum. Our goal is to make those threads available for informational purposes. For you, they served their purpose. You are correct, the activities you describe did not put you at risk for HIV or other STIs. In the unlikely event that she had HIV, even is there was blood on the condom or, even when she transferred her genital secretions to you in the act of masturbating you, there would be no risk for HIV or other STIs. The microbes become non-infectious upon exposure to the environment and are not transferred from person to person on inanimate objects. There is no reason for concern and no need for testing of any sort.
I hope that this information is helpful to you. EWH
