Welcome to our Forum. I'll be glad to comment. Before I do however, I would urge you to also look at other questions and answers found on our site dealing with this topic. In those other posts, I think you will find additional detailed responses to the topic you have written about.
Before I answer your specific question, I need to provide some background. You should know that nearly ALL sexually active persons (even those who are monogamous) have HPV and that in nearly al of these people, the presence of infection is of little concern. A very small proportion of infected persons with HPV are at risk for development of HPV-related cancer but pre-cancerous changes related to those cancers are typically easily detected and managed by simply following routine health care recommendations. HPV is simple not a major concern.
As for the response to your question. HPV is typically not acquired as the result of hand-to genital contact (including receipt of or participation in masturbation) and like other STIs, is NOT transferred from infected to non-infected persons through transfer of secretion on a persons hands. Your rubbing the exotic dancer's genital area with your hands, nor later touching you penis with the same hands has not put you at risk for HPV. Similarly, nothing about your activity places you wife at risk for HPV or, for that matter, any other STI. This is not something you need to worry about.
I hope that this response is helpful to you. EWH

You are correct. Your masturbation following getting her genital secretions on your hands does not put you at risk for HPV.
