Certainly persons can have HIV without any visible symptoms for many years before their immune system becomes so compromised that they begin to suffer symptoms of AIDs.
HIV is transmitted from person to person only through DIRECT ano-genital or rectal-genital contact. EWH

Your question is repetitive. The answer will not change. The is no risk from watching others have sex and there is very, very little less than 1 in 1000 chance) from the single encounter you described in which your condom came off during sex. As I understand it has been several months since the encounter when the condom came off during sex. If this is the case, you can test and prove that you were not infected.
