Hi Doc Please bare with me i have some questions from my last post. in my last post you told me having a single unprotected sex do not lead to infections and then you said in other words more than 99% of unprotected exposures would lead to infection this statement is a bit confusing for me.

Welcome back to the Forum.  Perhaps my earlier response confused you.  The fact is, as said in the first follow-up of my earlier response to you In other words, in more than 99.9% of cases, an exposed person will NOT be infected."  There are persons who have acquired HIV after a single exposure but it is very, very rare.  I endorse your decision not to seek PEP after the exposure you described.  EWH

Certainly persons can have HIV without any visible symptoms for many years before their immune system becomes so compromised that they begin to suffer symptoms of AIDs.

HIV is transmitted from person to person only through DIRECT ano-genital or rectal-genital contact.  EWH

Doctor, talking to you what you think my overall risk would be? i am depressed about this and i also have concern about my threesome encounter the girls giving each other oral  me only watching them then having sex only with one of them with condom didn't break or slip. Your question is repetitive.  The answer will not change.  The is no risk from watching others have sex and there is very, very little less than 1 in 1000 chance) from the single encounter you described in which your condom came off during sex.  As I understand it has been several months since the encounter when the condom came off during sex.  If this is the case, you can test and prove that you were not infected.
