Anyway, though i wasnt very convinced with the diagnosis but i was releaved for the negative tests. However, a week after that, i started to have fasciculation on different parts of my body but mainly in my left leg. I also had strange burning pain on different parts on my leg. I also had penile pain with burning sensation of the tip. I also had water droplets sensation in my legs.. I went to my GP the strange symptoms of " water droplets and burning sesation, and he diagnosed it as peripheral neuropathy. I strated to freak out because i heard that PN is a sign of ARS. Today, i had diarrhea and nausea and stomach upset, which is also a sign of ARS :(
so to summarise my symptoms:
1-red painless bump with rash on me panis one week after exposure ( the lesion is still there though is 6 weeks now from exposure)
2- penile pain with burning sensation 3 weeks after exposure
3- 4 weeks after exposure i statred to have wierd burning sensation on diffrent areas like buttocks, thighs, legs, feet with water sensation and fasculation specially on the left side and maily the left leg.
4- 6 weeks from exposure: stomach upset and diarrhea and nausea
Guys, please help me.. whats going on ????? is it HIV ?? is it herpes ???? what the possibility of me cathing HIV with these symptoms. Please i want an answer. The stress and anxiety is killing me

Welcome to the Forum. I'll do my best to help. first a bit of clarification - I presume you mean that the interaction took palace on 27 June 2019, not 2009.
Second, nothing that you describe suggests either herpes, HIV, or any other STI to me. I also agree with your doctor in not getting the herpes blood test. Your doctor is correct, this test is unreliable.
The testing that you had three weeks after your very low risk exposure (condoms work!) is definitive evidence that you do not have STIs like gonorrhea or chlamydia and the swab test for herpes you had makes this diagnosis unlikely as well. Three weeks however is a little early for definitive testing for syphilis or HIV and, given your concerns, my advice would be to test again for HIV and syphilis, not because I think you have one of these infections (I do not) but in the hopes that the negative tests you will get will relieve some of your anxiety.
Finally, none of the symptoms you describe are at all suggestive of any STI, including HIV. Your current symptoms may be coincidental or they may reflect heightened sensitivity related to your anxiety.
I hope this perspective and advice is helpful to you. Please don't worry. EWH

Thanks for the additional information and for setting me straight on the dates. The follow-up information only serves to confirm my confidence that this is not an STI. Your tests prove that your do not have herpes (you were lucky that you did not have a falsely positive test) and none of the symptoms you describe suggest HIV or any other STI, including atypical HSV. I would suggest you seek the advice of a dermatologist to sort of the case of the skin lesions you describe. FYI, in books on genital dermatology which go on and on, only a small minority of the processes described are STIs. The remainder are other, non-STI dermatological problems.
This is not an STI!!
Also, FYI, you have one additional follow-up question and then the thread will be closed.
I hope this perspective is helpful. EWH

Once again, none of your perceived symptoms suggest herpes or any other STI. This includes the so-called prodromal symptoms you refer to (they are not really prodromal since they do not lead to anything). You do not need a Western blot- you need to look for other reasons for your symptoms. they are not due to any STI!
Yes, you can certainly get married without a concern that the encounter you described led to any STI.
This completes this thread which will now be closed. There should be no reason to return to the Forum- you do not have an STI. EWH
