[Question #6553] STD Testing Clarification and Prostate Massage?

Hello again Doctors,

I just thought of a few more questions concerning my most recent experience.  You can look at my most recent question for some background and Dr. Handsfield responses -

Prostate Massage:
There were gloves involved.  However, I do not know if the gloves were new or clean (I assume they were clean).  Is there any chance of contracting a STD in this manner clean or not?  Should I be concerned about this at all?

STD Tests Clarification:
1. Testing for Chlamydia using the Nucleic Acid Amplification (NAA) Chlamydia Test at 4 days post possible exposure.  If this is negative does this mean that my results are conclusive and I do not have Chlamydia or will I need to be tested again in the near future?
2. Testing for Gonorreha using the Nucleic Acid Amplification (NAA) Gonerreha Teset at 4 days post possible exposure.  If this is negative does this mean that my results are conclusive and I do not have Gonerreha or will I need to be tested again in the near future?
3. I know Dr. Handsfield suggest the HIV RNA Early Detection test is not needed, but I think I will take this test just for peace of mind.  If I take this test at 11 days post possible exposure and this is negative, is that conclusive that I do not have HIV?
4. Testing for Syphilis and HIV using RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin) with Reflex to Quantitative RPR test for Syphilis and the HIV 4th generation Antigen/Anitbody test for HIV at 6 weeks post possible exposure and I test negative for both at 6 weeks out, will that be conclusive for me and no further testing needed?  Or should I be tested once every three months after that?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.  I really appreciate it.

There is no risk from fingering of any body orifice, even without gloves. Zero risk.

1,2,4. Yes. These results will be conclusive.

3. The HIV RNA test is not quite conclusive at 11 days. 14-15 days is better.

You're obviously obsessed with all this. Please don't use the forum as the main way to address that obsession. Thanks.

As per my closing comment earlier today, the forum not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. This will have to be your last one along these lines; future new questions about this exposure or your escort contacts in general, and fears about HIV or other STDs and testing for them, will be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thanks for your understanding.
