Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.
---
STDs rarely cause throat discomfort. Most oral STDs cause no symptoms at all. For sure no STD can cause pressure in the ears or stomach sounds. It sounds like you might have a mild cold.
You don't say whether you're speaking of cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact) or fellatio (oral-penile), or who performed oral sex on whom. If the women performed oral sex on your penis, you cannot catch anything that would give you a sore throat. If you performed oral sex on them, there is a slight chance you have oral gonorrhea which might cause mild throat discomfort. There is little or no risk for chlamydia, and no other STD would cause any of your symptoms.
If your symptoms continue and you remain concerned, see a doctor for diagnosis and perhaps STD testing. But most likely these symptoms are not due to any STD or any other infection from your oral sex exposures.
I hope this has helped. Best wishes-- HHH, MD

Even without a condom, oral-penile contact is safe sex -- not zero risk, but very low risk for any and all STDs and zero risk for some. There has never been a proved case of HIV being transmitted mouth to penis. With a condom, the risk for sure is zero. And as I already said, your symptoms are not those of HIV or any STD, and cannot be from these oral sex events. You do not need testing for HIV or other STDs on account of these events or because of your symptoms.
---
All people with HIV should be started on ART as soon as they know they are infected. You do not have a new HIV infection and do not need treatment from the oral sex events you have described. But if you have otherwise been at risk and have not been tested recently, do it now. If the test is positive, you can deal with treatment at that time.

You do NOT need HIV testing on account of the 4 recent protected oral sex exposures, and do NOT need testing because of your symptoms. They are not due to HIV.
---
If you have had OTHER high risk exposures, like unprotected vaginal or anal sex with high risk partners, AND if you have not been tested for HIV, then get tested now.
Is that clear now?
