As repeatedlly emphasized by Dr. Hook in your two previous threads, your test results prove you do not have HIV and that something else is causing your symptoms. And these symptoms do not suggest HIV anyway. Neither I nor Dr. Hook has ever seen someone has a negative AgAb (duo) HIV test at 6 weeks who later turns positive, except in people who have taken anti-HIV drugs, delaying positive test results. This simply never happens. In addition, in the 15 years I have been doing this and a previous online forum, with thousands of questions from people worried about catching HIV, not one person has tested positive for HIV. You will not be the first.

Please note the forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. This will have to be your last one; future new questions about this exposure, testing, and your fears about HIV will be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and is designed to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. I trust you will understand.
