Hi again!
I'm stiil worried about my risky of HIV infection.
After my tests results (pcr 11 day, pcr 32 days and 32 days 4th gen CMIA test) all negatives i went to see 2 doctors.
The first one told me that my exposure (cunnilingus) was a very very low risky, but, for him, only a 3 month test is conclusive.
The second (a older doctor that act in the HIV field since de 80's) told me that my tests are conclusive like Dr. HHH here.
So i did another 4th gen CMIA test at 46th day after the act, negative again.
My doubt is, my results are conclusive? Do i need test again in 3 month mark?
Thanks for the wonderful work you guys are doing! Sorry about another question but i'm stiil very worried about that.
PS- I did unprottected sex with my wife abou 2 weeks ago, now she is with sinusits and cough this could be ARS symptoms? Did I infected her?

From my last reply in your previous thread: "This combination of test results is 100% proof you do not have HIV." I have not changed my mind and nothing in the additional information you provide here changes that. I suggest you stop looking online or elsewhere for alternate opinions. The doctor who said only a 3 month test is conclusive is wrong. That's old advice left over from older tests. The ones you had are conclusive by 6 weeks.

Ok doctor thank you, i guess i'm so nervous that i lost my mind for a little.
I have another question, my doctor say i have to be tested for other STD.
Whats the chances i've been infected by other STD like syphillis or HBV?

Cunnilingus is very low risk for all STDs, but nobody can say zero risk. Syphilis is particularly unlikely, since few female have it (even among sex workers); it's a problem mostly in men having sex with men. However, it's a simple blood test, so why not? Same for a throat swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia. You can expect negative results.
There has never been a case of HBV infeciton known to be transmitted by cunnilingus; and HBV testing is rarely recommended after any single sexual exposure. I wouldn't waste the money on it.
