[Question #6927] Confused

Ok here we go. I’ve been getting random itching in pubic and bottom of testicles area, also weird sensations coming from penis, STI negative, Cytoscopy negative, Ultrasound negative. Found wbc and that my urine is highly acidic. I’m a diabetic type 2 uncontrolled at the moment. So given all the information what could possibly be causing this? I can’t be tested for HPV of course and no lesions I see.

This question, once again, is repetitive, and could have been asked as a continuation of your earlier question (which I have now just closed). There are no new answers. You should look at my previous replies. The purpose of this forum is to provide information regarding sexually transmitted infections. The symptoms you describe or not those of an STI.  If anything you should continue to work with your urologist or perhaps a neurologist to evaluate the abnormal sensations you were experiencing.

On this forum we do not permit repetitive, anxiety – driven questions. Such questions are of no benefit to our clients or to others who may seek information by reading our responses. Following completion of this thread there are two replies remaining, thereafter there will be no further responses to you related to these questions. Should you continue to post repetitive questions, your thread may be closed without a responseAnd without return of your posting fee. I hope you understand. EWH

I’ve seen 3 separate urologists and found nothing. I’m wandering if I should try seeing a neurologist or endocrinologist? What would you recommend and could this be neurological instead of sti related? Given the Coronovirus and having diabetes can’t really leave the house at this point. Thank you btw

My advice is to start with your endocrinologist.  If he/she thinks you should see a neurologist, they should refer you.  EWH---

Does this sound like urethritis? I’m not so familiar with it just found some information on google about it. Thanks

No, this does NOT sound at all like urethritis.

This is my 3rd reply.  Therefore as per Forum guidelines the thread will now be closed. I will remind you that future posts on this topic from you may be closed without a response and without return of your posting fee.  There is nothing here to suggest and STI.  EWH
