Once again, I think that you are over reacting in attributing these symptoms to your prior sexual mis-step. Trying to guess what might be going on here would be inappropriate, in part because this is not an STI and in part because you may need formal testing. My final suggestions:
1. The increased gas and mucous could be because of the treatment you sought of a non-STI parasitic infection. See your doctor.
2. Anal or genital itching in situations such as yours is often due to the tendency of persons who are looking for signs and symptoms to detect what are otherwise normal sensations which are typically overlooked. This sort of mis-interpretation is a manifestation of the search for signs of infection and on occasion, guilt and/or anxiety. Please do not worry about this. The same goes for the "brown spots" you have noted.
