Welcome to the Forum and thanks for the detailed description of your problems. I'll be glad to comment. From the sound of things your weak urine stream may have been related to the catheter inserts for your surgery. There are no data to suggest that scabies is an important pathogen of the urinary tract, that it goes into the bladder, or that if effects the urine stream. The same is true for the fungal infections which cause thrush. Fungus infections with the same fungus that causes thrush can infect the skin and cause a rash which resembles scabies but this is rather unusual and most clinicians can easily distinguish scabies from a fungal skin infection. If these are continuing problems for you, my advice would be to discuss your urine problems with a urologists. There are certain pelvic exercises which are well known to urologists and some gynecologists to help with problems of urinary incontinence and weak urine streams. If the skin rash problem recurs I would suggest asking for the opinion of a dermatologist.
I hope these suggestions are helpful. EWH

Correct. a fungal infection would not cause a weak urine stream.
If your fungal infection did not respond to the usual sorts of treatment that might be available, best to seek the advice of a local physician. Once again, this might be your gynecologist or a urologist.
fFnally, yes, each persons normal immune function often help to fight off infections. EWH
