What is the meaning of >23.00 Igg Hsv 2 type specific AB . It seems a very high number. I would also want to know your opinion about the current vaccine candidates .

That simply means that there is no question about your HSV 2 infection and suggests that you've had it a while, not a new infection.
With all the COVID issues ongoing, I think herpes vaccines have taken a bit of a back seat for virologists.  I'm sure  there are some trials ongoing but I've not seen any new or significant results coming out recently.

Thank you for your prompt response. if the infection is not new .. does it mean that it could be less contagious?  How could I make my inmune system stronger in order to fight the virus?

Well, we don't know how long you've had it, we just know it's not a few weeks old but it could be a few months old in which case you may be shedding more, there is simply no way to know for sure.  I think you can do the things that you would imagine - exercise, eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, reduce stress.  And if you are concerned about transmission to a partner, you could consider daily antiviral medicine.

I got divorced 4 years ago  and was married for 20 years. He was the only one I had sex with since 1995.   My outbreaks are mild. Does the virus become weaker over time? I think this is my last question. Thank you for your help and your patience.

Generally speaking, people have fewer recurrences and viral shedding, the longer they are infected.  Since you've not had sex in four years, you know that you've been infected for at least four years, maybe longer.  It's good to know that you are past the time when you would be shedding more often, which is the first six months, then a decrease over the next two years, then even more of a decrease, so that's valuable information.
