Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your question. The short answer is that the activities that you describe were no risk events with no reason for concern or for testing .
Let me explain. First, masturbation, even mutual masturbation in which you receive masturbation from another person is a not risk sexual activity. This is the case even if a partner gets her or his genital secretions on you in the act of mutual masturbation. Second, rimming is likewise a virtually no risk event unless the person doing the rimming has a sore or lesion on their mouth or tongue. The reasons for this is that when persons get oral STIs such as gonorrhea or chlamydia, the tongue is not the site of infection. Rather the infection is back of the throat. Since these infection are spread by DIRECT contact, rimming does not transfer infections. Similarly having your testicles licked is not an activity associated with risk for STI.
I see no medical or scientific reason for testing given the activities you describe. I hope that the information I have provided is helpful to you. EWH

If a lesions was present on her mouth or tongue there is a theoretical risk for lesions STIs such as syphilis. This is very, very unlikely (syphilis of the tongue is extraordinarily rare) and not something I would be concerned about.
In your situation I would not hesitate to have unprotected sex with your wife. EWH
