Sir ,
I had protected vaginal sex with a lady, I had used condom, following things are worrying me
1) I kissed her face and back of her neck, if she had any wounds in that area ,blood would have gone into my mouth, can I get hiv like this?
2) she also kissed me on my face , I am not sure whether I had any cuts on my face? Any hiv risk?
3) also before intercourse,my penis had touched / rubbed on top on her panties , what is hiv risk?
3)after the intercourse , I removed condom and touched my penis with my hand which had vaginal fluids from condom? What is hiv risk ?

Welcome to the Forum and thanks for your questions. I'll address each question separately below but first wanted to emphasize several points. These are that most people, even persons perceived to be "risky" do not have STIs and when they do, most single exposures do not lead to transmission of infection. In addition, virtually all STIs REQUIRE DIRECT contact for transmission and transmission from one place to another through and intermediate mechanism (such as with transfer of genital secretions on the hands from person to person virtually NEVER leads to transmission of infection. With that, in response to your specific questions:
1) I kissed her face and back of her neck, if she had any wounds in that area ,blood would have gone into my mouth, can I get hiv like this?
No! STIs, including HIV are not transmitted through accidental, or even intentional ingestion.
2) she also kissed me on my face , I am not sure whether I had any cuts on my face? Any hiv risk?
No. Zero risk. HIV is never transmitted by kissing of any sort.
3) also before intercourse, my penis had touched / rubbed on top on her panties , what is hiv risk?
No, see my comments above. further, HIV and other STIs are never transmitted through cloth, even when the material gets wet with genital secretions from an infected person.
3)after the intercourse , I removed condom and touched my penis with my hand which had vaginal fluids from condom? What is hiv risk ?
Once again, this is a zero risk event. HIV has NEVER been transmitted in this way.
I hope that these responses are helpful. If anything is unclear or there are additional questions please use your up to two follow-up questions for clarification. EWH

No, having your penis touch the vagina without penetration, even if menstrual blood were present, would constitute a risk for HIV. No penetration, no risk. EWH---

Sir,
One more doubt came to mind , I am sorry to ask this
During sexual intercourse with lady , I lost erection not completely but little I think so. I am thinking that time condom could go loose and allow vaginal secretions to enter in condom. What is the hiv risk like this?

Clearly you are concerned about this exposure. Please don’t be worried and try not to overthink your situation. Even if the condom becomes loose and slips down, as long as it does not come off and covers the head of your penis, it is doing its job and you are protected.
We provide up to three responses to each question. This is my third response and therefore the thread will be closed shortly without further response. Take care. Please don’t worry. EWH
