I made a mistake a few days ago. I received unprotected oral sex from a csw. I understand that it carries some risks in terms of stds but limited for HIV. However, I had a small cut on the foreskin, bleeding a little bit (not a large open wound though).
I suspect if she has sores or small injury in the mouth, it could imply some risk for HIV too? I know it sounds stupid but what about if she still had some small remains of sperm from a previous customer?
Thank you so much for you help

If you think about it, there must have been millions upon millions (billions?) of oral sex exposrue in the presence of various cuts or sores on the penis -- and still no known cases of HIV transmission oral to penis. Second, what is the chance any particular sex worker (or any other sexually active person) has oepn sores in the mouth at any particular time. As for another partner's semen being in your mouth, also try to think logically. If you were to take, say, a spoonful of honey into your mouth and swallow it, how long would any trace of honey still be present? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? Unless someone had 10 partners lined up against a wall and went from BJ to BJ in rapid order, this is not a possible risk factor for HIV.
Don't overthink this. You're not going to be the first person in the world documented to catch HIV by oral to penile transmission. If somehow I were in your situation, I would feel no need for HIV or other STD testing and would continue unprotected sex with my wife without worry. But if you remain concerned after you read this, you should be tested for reassurance. That could include a urine gonorrhea/chlamydia test (valid now) and, after a few weeks, blood tests for syphilis and HIV. This does not mean I believe there actually was any significant risk -- only because the negative results might be more reassuring than these words.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
