My masseuse and her place is clean, and I usually ask her to wash her hands before my massage. But today I didn't ask her that, and she didn't have another customer right before me. 

She started the session by performing a body massage and then proceeded to give me a hand job. In the middle of the hand job, she had to quickly step away to answer the door for another customer. I highly doubt she touched the other customer, but she must have touched the door handle and other objects. She came back quickly without washing her hands and resumed the hand job with her bare hands, and this time she fingered my anus as well unexpectedly which lasted for about a minute or two. 

After I left the place, I realized that I should have asked her to wash her hands after answering the door and possibly touching other objects in the process. But I also didn't expect her to finger my anus.

I might be overthinking it, but I still had to ask.
