Welcome back to the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that your anal symptoms continue. As both Dr. Handsfield and I have indicated, you have repeatedly PROVEN that you did not acquire an STI of any sort from the brief rimming you received months ago. I understand that since then you have become more aware of anal sensations and do not dispute your concerns related to anal moisture/sweat. Certainly , with anal irritation a self-reinforcing cycle of irritation-moisture-to further irritation can occur. this is a common symptom of irritative anal problems. Having ruled out STIs, I would suggest that you return to a gastroenterologist or, even better, a proctologist and without mentioning your receipt of rimming (since it is irrelevant and a distraction) discuss your increased moisture and continued irritation. Many anal-rectal problems can cause these sorts of symptoms including hemorrhoids.
As for your specific questions:
1. No absolutely not.
2. See above- I would suggest seeing a proctologist or GI specialist and focusing on your symptoms. Leave sorting out the cause to them. Be confident however that STIs are not the cause.
3. NGU is a penile process and would not cause your symptoms. There is no recognized rectal counterpart to NGU. I suppose pinworms might be the cause. Pinworms are not an STI and would be unrelated to the rimming you received.
4. See my comments above. What I know it THAT THE SYMPTOMS TROUBLING YOU ARE NOT AN STI.
5. Testing again would be silly and a complete waste of time and resources. See a proctologist.
Hope this helps. EWH
