[Question #7512] Oral Sex Exposure

Hello Doctors. I received oral (man to
Man) for at least 15 minutes 2 weeks or less ago. I have no discharge but I have a dull ache at the head of my penis. Is this a symptom of any know stds? Should I have anything to worry about?

Welcome back. This question is quite similar to your several previous ones 2-3 years ago. As discussed back then, oral sex is safe sex:  there is some STD risk, but a lot less than vaginal or anal sex. This symptom is not typical for any STD. The only symptoms that suggest STD involving the penis are discharge, painful urination, and penile sores or blisters. Something like a "dull ache" is more likely psycholgical than anything else, i.e. worry about the event magnifying trivial symptoms -- or normal body sensations -- that you otherwise would ignore or not notice. Get professional care if you devleop discharge or sores, but with 2 weeks already passed, this is unlikely. But see a doctor if you remain concerned.

Let me know if anything isn't clear.
