Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be pleased to comment.  Your questions suggest several misperceptions about how STIs are transmitted from one person to another.  First, most persons, even most commercial sex workers (CSWs), do not have STIs.  CSWs, in particular, typically take precautions to avoid infection (it is bad for business).  Second, only a small proportion of sexual contacts with infected persons lead to transmission of infection- most do not.  Third, direct contact is needed to transmit STIs, they are not transmitted from person to person when genital secretions or other infectious material get onto one persons hands and then another person is touched with the secretion-contaminated hands. For this reason mutual masturbation is not a meaningful risk for any sort of STI transmission.  (For this same reason, your touching her nipples and then your penis does not place you at risk for herpes or any other STI). Finally, oral/saliva contact is a very, very inefficient manner of STI transmission.  there is no evidence that hepatitis of any sort is transmitted by oral contact or saliva, even if the saliva has the infected person's blood in it.

Based on these facts I would urge you not to worry further about the contacts you describe, even though you may have experienced some bleeding during the contacts.  Nothing about any of the activities you describe suggest any risk at all for any STI.  I hope my comments are helpful to you.  EWH

many thanks for your Reply doctor . i am much relieved and Decided not to do any testing .
one thing i forgot to mention . she twice kissed her own finger with her lips and kept that same finger on my lips twice as a kiss .

i dont know whether this can account for oral herpes or not . its Seven days now without any symptoms on my lips . shall i be worry free for oral herpes on my lips or watch some more days for symptoms

Thanks for your reply.  I agree with your decision not to test.

As for your risk of herpes, as I understand it, she touched her lips with her fingers, then yours with the same fingers but did not kiss you directly.  if so, there is virtually no meaningful risk for acquisition of HSV from such an activity.  On the other hand, if she had HSV and was shedding the virus at the time she kissed you directly there would be a small risk of becoming infected.  I hope this reply addresses your question.  EWH
