I suddenly have a sore about 2 1/2 inches above the base of my penis. I squeeze it and a pussy stuff came out much like a would. One out at a pimple. The sore is not small. Could this be HSV?

Well, it could be herpes, very hard to tell from your description.  Normally, a herpes sores would be more like a water blister or group of water blisters.  it is anything like that?  have you had a sexual contact that is concerning for you?  If yes, I would strongly recommend that you have someone look at the sore on your penis and have it swab tested if recommended.  is this sore tender or not tender?

Hi. It is not non my penis. It is above the base of my penis in the pubic area about 2.5 inches. No recent concerning sexual activity. But understand it could show itself long after exposure. 

I understand that the sore is in your pubic hair, not on your penis.  It's very difficult to know from your description if this could be a simple pimple, a bacterial infection, some other kind of viral infection or herpes.  If it is at all possible, I would suggest that you get this sore evaluated by a professional as soon as you can because swab tests to determine what it might be are most effective and accurate when gathered right at the beginning of a sore rather than later.  Have you been in to see anyone about this yet?
