You don't say what your "urinary issues" might be. But the only urinary symptoms of STD are discharge of pus or cloudy mucus from the penis, or painful urination. Urgent or frequent urination. small volumes of urine, or genital area pain are not STD symptoms. In any case, no matter what symptoms you have, they are not due to any STD or other infection from having received hand jobs outside your main relationship. There is no need for STD testing and you can safely continue unprotected sex with your partner.
