Hi Doc. On day 8 my testa for Gonoreah amd Chlaymidia were both negative. Would you consider conclusive. It was a urine screen. Also, does this also rule out any NGU. I have some tingling, but thinking its anxiety.

Welcome back, but sorry you found it necessary, especially since Dr. Hook advised you were at no risk and recommended against testing. But in any case, your negative test results are completely reliable. There is no lab test for NGU, but if you're not having abnormal discharge from the penis, that's all the proof you need -- in addition to the essentially zero risk of catching it from the exposure you described. (And NGU or urethritis do not cause "tingling" in the penis as the only symptom. Your suspicion of anxiety sounds right.)
I hope this helps you move on without worry. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you Dr. Hook. Thank you for your time amd reaponse. To your point i do not have discharge. It is now , day 11. I do have slight sensation when i pee( tingle/burn). I dont know if its something or nothing and my mind is tricking me. Ive been trying to not watch my crotch but may have aggravated it from touching and self exam. I have no redness or swelling. I failed to mention, i pulled a groin and adbdomen muscle this week, which feels like its radiated some elements of pain into my groin.
My biggest fear is giving my wife a ngu infection. Thank you sir.

Such symptoms do not suggest gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, or any STI. There was no possibility you could have infected your wife, and your negative test results confirm no risk.---

You have no condition to aggravate. However, repeated pressure in the groin, squeezing the penis looking for discharge, or similar behaviors definitely can cause symptoms of the sort you describe. Keep your hands off: if you had any kind of infection, you would notice it without having to look so hard.
That concludes this thread. Please note the forum policy against repeated anxiety-driven questions on the same topic. Thank you!
I do hope the two discussions have been helpful. Do your best to trust me and Dr. Hook and stop worrying about all this. You're clearly reacting emotionally to a sexual situation you did not seek and now regret. But don't confuse that with infection risk from the event. They aren't the same. Best wishes.
