I was wondering if you can catch genital herpes from wearing someone else’s pyjama  pants with out wearing underwear?  I was spending the night at my sisters and forgot pyjamas, I borrowed hers.  I do not wear underwear often so had none on.  I’m pretty certain they were clean pyjamas and that my sister does not have herpes.  But I am paranoid about this.  If she did have herpes and the pyjama pants were not clean and I wore them without underwear on- could I contract genital herpes?
