Welcome to our forum and thanks for your question. I’ll be glad to comment. The short answer is that you have more than proven that you did not acquire HIV from the exposure you describe and there is no need for further testing. The test results will not change. You did it did not get HIV from this encounter.

Receipt of masturbation is considered safe sex and does not place participants at risk for STI‘s including HIV. It is considered safe sex and no testing is required following masturbation or mutual masturbation, even when partners get genital secretions on each other. In addition, fourth generation HIV tests of the sort you took provide entirely, 100% reliable results at all times more than six weeks following an exposure. If the test Results are negative at six weeks, there is no reason for further testing.

I hope the information I provided is helpful to you. If there are further questions please don’t hesitate to use your ability to follow questions for clarification. EWH

Thanks dr
I have more questions:

- after 2 days of the last test i have a lot of pain in my stomach? If this happens it mean i need other test?

- others than Hiv , i mean other std i need to test for them or not?

- can i have this activity “hand job” in the future and continue sex with my wife without any worried of transfer STD?

No, you’re just proved you do not have HIV. The pain in your stomach is due to some other cause.  There are many causes for stomach pains and your test results prove that your pain is not due to HIV.

The activity you described place you at no risk for any STI. No testing is required.

Yes, you can receive “hand jobs”/masturbation again in the future without placing your wife at risk for STI’s including HIV. EWH
