Hello again Doctors I hope you are doing well, I have some questions now about a yeast infection, is it always a discharge what makes it a yeast infection I found some white patches on my vagina that I could easily put away but I started having slightly itchiness too, I wonder if its due to the fact of tight clothes and constant sweating or even the anabolic steroids? Theres some itchiness too on the anus area sometimes, not sure if its now all anxiety, as I know Hiv or I dont know if any other stis Can produce it? (Same partner for almost a year now always w protected vaginal sex and rare unprotected oral sex) can cause yeast I just want to have some peace of mind if this is actual yeast or Im just overreacting as there is no discharge or weird smell 

This is your 5th anxiety driven question in a month.  Dr. Handsfield and I have both made sincere efforts to assure you that you do not have HIV without success.  During your last interaction with Dr. Handsfield he warned you about further posts yet here you are again. You do not have HIV. You may or may not have a yeast infection for which you can either see your own health care provider or self medicate with over the counter yeast medication.  I cannot make that diagnosis over the Internet. Your conjecture about the causes are all common operative. ---
