Acyclovir is a drug to treat herpes, both genital herpes and cold sores (oral herpes) and shingles.  this is something you should definitely discuss with her to find why she is taking this medication.

i asked her and she told me she had sore because she has been under lots of stress.     she has had total of 4 sexual partners in her lifetime.  i met with her and have sex pretty regularly since 2019 and i haven't had anything from her.   i was her last sexual partner since last year feburary and she hasn't met anyone since the lockdown until we met this Monday.

Acyclovir is available only by prescription.  Someone must have thought she either had shingles, genital herpes or oral herpes.  Did you ask her for which condition this was prescribed?  If she has genital herpes, it could be transmitted to you if you don't have it already.  I think you need more information from her about her condition, for sure.

I don't know why you would say that but if she only has oral herpes, then if she gives you oral sex, there is some limited risk of her giving you HSV 1 through oral sex.  But is she is taking the medication daily, that risk is significantly reduced.
