Hi doctor
I had massage in Dubai from a Thai lady
she gave me a handjob
then body to body massage
Finally, I rubbed my penis between her thighs until ejaculation but not touch her vagina
she was wearing her underwear
There is no sexual penetration
No oral
No anal
After 2 weeks I noted a small sore on my thigh
My question
Is it possible to be a syphilis sore from skin to skin contact above?
If possible . Is it risk from HIV to transmit by syphilis sore through skin to skin contact above? or have to have sexual penetration
thanx a lot doctor

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your question. I'll be glad to comment. The encounter you describe was a no risk event. Receipt of masturbation and body to body rubbing does not put you at risk for STI acquisition. While syphilis can be transmitted by direct contact with a syphilitic lesion, for your partner to have had a syphilis lesion on the parts of her body not covered by underwear and transmitted to you would be close to unheard of. Further, two weeks is a bit early for a newly acquired syphilis lesion to appear. I would not be concerned about syphilis and see no reason for testing. EWH---

Thank you very much doctor
First of all I am very sorry about my bad English language
I will try to describe what happened as I can.
Actually I have no idea that she had a lesion between her thighs whe the rubbing happened.
So if she had still the risk is low from what happened ?
and what about HIV it could be transmit by touching the lesion .
Sorry agin doctor

Your English is fine.
Nearly all transmissible syphilis lesions in women are in the genital area. For her to have a lesion between her thighs would be most unusual. I have NEVER heard of syphilis transmitted through the sort of contact you describe, not ever.
I should add that two weeks following contact would be a bit early for a syphilis lesion to appear.
There is NO risk for HIV whatsoever from the contact you describe. EWH

There is no evidence or scientific evidence that any of the COVID-19 vaccines interfere in any way with testing for HIV or other STIs. I would not worry.
As you know, we provide up to three responses to each client’s questions. This completes this thread. Take care. EWH
